Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WoYT (the “Service”). They are short and written in plain English so they can actually be read. Last updated: 2026-05-25.

What we do

WoYT lets you upload your own Google Takeout YouTube watch history and shows you an aggregate summary (total hours, daily breakdown). That's it.

What you do

• You only upload your own data, or data you're authorized to share.
• You don't try to break, abuse, scrape, or DoS the Service.
• You don't upload anything illegal, malicious, or that infringes someone else's rights.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't claim ownership of your data — you keep all rights to whatever you upload.
• We don't guarantee uptime or accuracy. The total hours are estimates based on what Google's YouTube API tells us about video durations.

Limitation of liability

WoYT is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. The maximum aggregate liability of WoYT to any user, for any reason, is the total amount that user has paid for the Service — which, since the Service is free, is zero.

Changes

If we change these terms substantially, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and announce it on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
